There is always something happening in Brandier. The atmosphere is cheerful, friendly and relaxed.
We believe that the best creative solutions are created in the working conditions where everyone has the freedom te express oneself. But even then we take our job very seriously, especially when it comes to deadlines.
What kind of colleagues do we value?
We respect diversity and value everyone’s contribution, especially when it comes to different projects for various clients. It is this diversity that contributes to seeing things from a different perspective, which in the long run produces even brighter results. But it is also important to us that we are all ready to compromise and to respect others’ opinions and ideas.
Speed and precision in completing tasks are one of the qualities we greatly appreciate. These characteristics are a huge virtue when you’re working in such a dynamic environment. Hunger for knowledge and improvement along with a good-natured character are a big plus! 🙂
