Luxury accommodation under construction, Villa Lungomare represents a place for everyone who is seeking for comfort and relaxed lifestyle by the sea. Located on the island of Krk, the villa guarantees a private blue-green oasis that combines the traditional harmony of the area with a modern lifestyle. Keeping in mind his ideal visitor, the owner of Villa Lungomare focused on every detail, highlighting the quality and outstanding service.
Challenge
Creating a logo for Villa Lungomare required a precise blend of tradition and quality with a touch of modernity and luxury. Creating a symbol appealing to all serious visitors who share the need for rest and comfort, we couldn't neglect the geographical position and the sea orientation of the apartment complex itself. The biggest challenge was the fact that the complex was just under construction, which required a fair amount of trust in sharing the same vision of the place itself.
Solution
In line with an analysis of the emerging villa itself, its geographical environment and client preferences, we have opted for a logo featuring luxury typography with an elegant symbol that faithfully follows the serif font lines. The choice of the color came naturally, inspired by the shades of the Adriatic Sea contained in a gentle gradient between the blue tones.
A gentle wave that catches the glare of the is captured in parallel wavy lines, while the letter "L" of the name Lungomare floats above them. In addition to symbolizing the sail, the logo emphasizes the sound of the "L", repeated three times in the Italian pronunciation of the name itself - Villa Lungomare.
The word "Apartments" in sans serif font, was imposed for practical reasons, while providing lower symmetry to the symbol and a modern balance of luxury and quality service.
